Aroma - Sharp and clearing, menthol like.

Fragrance Group - Green

Uses - Has an anti-viral action, and is probably the first port of call for all problems relating to the respiratory tract. Very clearing for all types of nasal stuffiness.

Features in many massage preparations for muscle and joint pain relief, and is used in our own Muscle & Joint rub, together with Ginger and Black Pepper.

Precautions - Avoid if suffering from high blood pressure, or if epileptic. Take care, vapours can irritate the eyes.
