Latin Name - Cinnamomum Zeylonicum

Uses - Not used much in therapy, as although the leaf is safer than the bark or bud, it is still a problem on sensitive skins.
Can be useful in small quantities to apply to cold sores or insect bites etc. Generally speaking there are better and safer oils to achieve most of the things which cinnamon could be used for. Excellent mixed with orange as a Xmas blend!
